If it’s not impeding your goals then its fine. Its more of a wake up get the body ready for the day type of thing more than anything else which I don’t see a problem with.

I get the blood flowing by preparing my first meal of the day. Depending on what you do, I don’t think it will affect your recovery whatsoever. Its not like your tagging on a morning cardio session or something to that effect.

I think it’s important to have a baseline level of fitness that you hold yourself to whether or not you are lifting that day. Also, the calisthenics can be really helpful for active recovery and helping with DOMS as well.

I would replace the pull-ups with fat boy pull-ups. And maybe spread this stuff out throughout the day if you’re going anywhere NEAR failure in the mornings.

Otherwise, I’m with MC sp3, this is good stuff!
