Not going to keep lifting numbers in here.
This is more so a log to make sure I'm eating enough and resting enough. It seems that these are the factors I have trouble with. Not the lifting itself. So for the next 30 days it's in bed at 9:15 and 6000kcals a day. Don't really give a fuck if I gain fat. I've got to learn to eat more.
Starting tommorow morning.
