Third Cycle Thoughts? (Test/Dbol)

I’m 6’0 210lbs lean.

12 week cycle:

  • Test E 500mg/week
  • DBOL 30mg/daily for 4 weeks
  • Adex as needed

PCT:

  • Nolva 40/40/20/20
  • HCG 250iu twice weekly

A few questions:

  1. At what point in the cycle should I begin taking DBOL? (Beginning/middle/end)
  2. Any opinions on dosage?
  3. Would you recommend cutting before or after the cycle?
  1. Dbol should ideally be front-loaded. So, in essence, you begin taking it immediately because it’s fast-acting while you’re waiting for the Test to kick in. Take 1 30mg pill in the morning and 1 pill about an hour before working out. If you can take one midday, even better. Point is, you want to maintain stable blood levels and get the most out of it as possible.

  2. In my experience, I always dosed Dbol at 100mg/day. Your Test dosage is fine.

  3. Cut after your cycle because the Test and Dbol is going to make you bloat. It’s a growth cycle, so you want to increase calories and you’ll grow a lot. If you don’t go too overboard with calories, you’ll still grow a lot, and won’t put on so much extra body fat that your cut will take forever.

On an unrelated note (sorry to derail your thread), does anyone know if it is required to increase a Test dosage once you have a lot of cycles under your belt? I want to start a Test/Deca/Dbol cycle when the gyms reopen, and just want to know if I should run with 750mg this time around?

Holy fuck 100mg? I read that 50mg/day is like the max recommended dose for gainz…

Yeah, I’ve always gotten my Dbol in 25mg pills and took 4 throughout the day. I know guys who run more than that, but there’s a point of diminishing returns. Plus, higher dosages only place more strain on the liver. 50mg should deliver nicely, though.
