Im 26yrs old. approx 14% bf (in between 12-15)
been lifting seriously past 6 years diet is on point.
6'3 and 220lbs
thinking my cycle would look like this
Week 1-12 test e 250mg/twice a week
week 1-10 Deca 150mg/ Twice a week
week 1-14 Adex .25-.5mg EOD
week 1-14 prami at .5mg-1mg E3D? ( or EOD?)
I have no access to HCG right now. but if i can get my hands on it 250ui twice a week. weeks 3-11.5. ( am i okay without the hcg?)
any advice helps!
