Hematocrit: You need to be a blood doner.

You may be getting too much iron.

R2 is rather high, given your low T levels.
AST/ALT might indicate if liver not clearing E2 properly.

DHEA is low: Take 25mg with a meal that has fats/oils and low fiber.

Extreme low fat diets mess up hormones:

secondary hypogonadism that may be worsened by low DHEA

E2 unknown, but SHBG seems high relative to low FT and Bio-T

Growth hormone [GH] is low for age.

Cortisol should be over 10 and is slowing you down.

Low DHEA and low cortisol point to adrenals.

Do you get cold easily?
Stress a factor in your life?

Yes I do get cold easily, and stress is a factor.

Feeling cold and stress can be connected:
fT3 regulates body temperature and energy and if low, you are cold and depressed.
Stress can lead to adrenal fatigue and increase levels of rT3 and rT3 blocks fT3.
So fT3 can be low orT3 elevated or both.

DHEA is low, take as suggested above, with meals that have more fats and oils and less fiber.
DHEA and Cortisol are both adrenal hormones, need the AM cortisol.

Note that adrenal fatigue is a stressor that makes things worse. Low thyroid function too.

Ok I will take a look at this information. Im really grateful for the help, ur awesome man!

KSman could you take a look at my latest blood work (on TRT)? Thank you sir.

Were muscles sore or labs done after weight lifting? AST/ALT

Are you on thyroid meds? T3 only? Fast acting or sustained release? Taken when before labs?
Looks like an odd case of hyperthyroidism.
Feeling hot or edgy?
fT3 lab result is insane - retest.

rT3 could be lower, may be on its way

Your blood is too thick and you need to have some removed. Blood donations may be refused.

List all meds for that lab work.
What TRT protocol?

How are you feeling and how different?

E2=37 is bad. You need anastrozole. Inject T twice a week and take 0.5mg anastrozole at time of injections.
