Thinking About The Waterbury Method

I am thinking of starting this program next week.

I am a 16 year old male basketball player, and I want to know what kind of results one thinks I would get, or if I should do the program at all.

weight 165
bench 175
squat 205X3
DL 205X8 (Haven’t deadlifted in a while…been squatting)
Curl ups 10-12 w/body weight

Any comments would be appreciated.

The word I’m looking for is ‘good’.

You should recieve ‘good’ results from this program.

I agree with Otep. This is a good program. I’ve done it many times myself with good results each time.
