Hope it is ok that I started this tread to consolodate your thoughts, discussions on the above.
My question is your CURRENT methods nutritionally for fat loss. Obviously, the Anaconda protocol been key with the rest been roughly 1-1.25g/lb of protein and about 80-100g of fats?
Would you no/still recommend leaving more room between meals and having a pulse with MAG-10 prior?
Or is the addition of the pulse fast day assist with this in a sense, leaving one to simply eat when hungry on regular days?
