Hi coach,
just got yourself & Pauls book, AWESOME!!!.

I have just finished a fat loss phase and am planning a hypertrophy block(4-6 weeks)before I get back to a strength focus. Which plan would you recommend for a natural/39 year old?

Has anyone done the "Thib mass?’, I am liking the look of this one.

No but im thinking i will start it next week to try it out.

This week i started the strength/pump based on chuck sipes program and honestly its too much. I lose focus halfway through each 16/4 series and also start to lose the pump/mind muscle connection.
