I asked a question to CT about phasing intelligently between AD-style eating, to a more liberal kind of thing, like carb cycling, or general Berardi-style peri and post-workout carbs. I’d like to get a feel as to which suit me, for what purposes.
He replied to the effect that he couldn’t spoil the information he was about to give out to newsletter subscribers, which was about this very subject. Can anyone help me out with this? He’s usually got excellent insight into subtleties like this, which make all the difference. Cheers
