I just read Christian Thibaudeau's ab training article(issue 267) and I'd like to try it but I can't find the rest periods b/w the supersets in the article. Now in the case that I'm just a wimp and there is no rest allowed then just post a reply calling me a wimp. Also, would it be a good idea to do these before another workout? Thanks.
I'm pretty sure that there isn't any rest period between supersets.... WIMP! Just kidding. I am doing CT's older 2002 ab workout once a week and it kills me every week.
As CT suggests, either dedicate one day to simply training abs, or do this routine the same day of a very light session (arms). I would never do it BEFORE squats or deadlifts or any other lift that requires core strength, because there is a very good chance you will hurt yourself. Personally, I like just saving one day for the ab routine. It's fairly short but very intense and a nice change of pace.
