I want to incorporate your acc/inten model into my training but I have a bit of confusion.
Is the idea to make sure you progress in each phase from workout to workout? If so, is it possible to simply do a different strength program in each intensification phase e.g cluster sets then next intens phase 5X5 for example? And each accumulation phase just for example increase by 1 rep each workout? Unloading volume would occur ever third week. Is it possible to do this for long or will stagnation set in?
