25 years old
I lifted wrong, but consistently all through high school and 3 years of college football. Football ended for me at age 22, then I started doing some bodybuilding routines with minimal progress. Went through a divorce and went about a year without consistent lifting because so much shit in my life was upside down at the time. Did some westside or conjugated periodization. Developed some major hip tendinitis as a result of squatting wide on a 12 inch box with no gear. Took more time off from lifting. Now here I am, ready to do shit the right way.
Goals: 215 bodyweight, squat 300 pounds for 5 reps
