Hi folks, my CC (new blood) will also be supplemented with Dynamic Tension exercises.

Let me know what you think:

Day 1:

1 x 5 Jumping Jacks (as part of my pre workout cardio)

1 x 10 wall push ups
1 x 10 knee tucks
Dynamic Tension (Lesson One: upper body but mainly chest) 10-12 seconds or reps for each of the 4 exercises.

Yesterday I did an extra set of 10 reps for wall push ups and the following set/reps for dynamic tension: Exercise 1 1x15, Exercise 2 3 x 20 and Exercise 3 4x20 (2 on each arm).
