- Maintain current bodyfat level
- Bench 100kg for 5
- Front Squat 100kg for 5
- 16in Arms
Current Stats
- Height: 161cm
- Weight: 66kg
- Bench: 80kg for 8 reps
- Front Squat: 80kg for 7 reps
- Arms: 14.5in

- Chest and Triceps
- Back and Biceps
- Shoulders and Legs
- Full-body Strength
