Goals

  • Reach 70kg bodyweight
  • Maintain current bodyfat level
  • Bench 100kg for 5
  • Front Squat 100kg for 5
  • 16in Arms

Current Stats

  • Height: 161cm
  • Weight: 66kg
  • Bench: 80kg for 8 reps
  • Front Squat: 80kg for 7 reps
  • Arms: 14.5in

Routine

  1. Chest and Triceps
  2. Back and Biceps
  3. Shoulders and Legs
  4. Full-body Strength
    (Rest days when required)
