Goals
Gain strength, size, power, speed, and general athleticism. Primary goal as of 5/05/08: gain strength.

Thoughts
This log was created for myself, to help keep track of my lifting. It is for no one else. If others choose to read it, so be it.

However, I will not tolerate unwarranted comments, and if I receive such comments, I will notify a moderator and have them deleted.

I will try to post every day with how the day went, both lifting-wise and in general. This will be an appropriate place to also record any random thoughts.

^ - I learned today that when bench pressing without a spotter, I lose a little energy de-racking the bar. I was expecting 5 reps of 135, but without a spotter I only managed 4. I will try to get 5 on Friday.
