The Workout Close to Bed

So ive done some searches on this but my main problem isL:

a lot of time i cannot workout untill usually 9pm…i get home around 1030 or so… but my main concern is post workout meal, i always have a post workout shake, but what would anyone suggest in terms of food so late at night before bed? reason for this, is that im starting my cut and dont want to take in a ton of carbs right before bed

You just lifted - have your carbs.

But, I wouldn’t have a shake with high glycemic carbs and then head straight to bed. Be sure to eat something after that to keep your blood sugar stable while you sleep.
