This got me thinking… Is there a way todo inverval cardio… using a specific body part you want to get big?
Like… hmm maybe doing, REALLY AS fast as you can pushups… then geting up… and doing a bit of a jog… hehe maybe i’m a retard, but hey…any comments?

Swimmers have been doing it for years. They use paddles, so they push or pull more water and intervals. Check out some swimming websites.

Forgive me, but are reps and sets not “intervals” and is resistance training not anaerobic? :slight_smile:
