The Victory Raise

Hey Coach! I’ve been incorporating The Victory Raise the past week, and i have struggled with shoulder pain and shoulder clicking and snapping the past year. The Victory Raise makes them feel great, so i was wondering how you wondering how you would program these to rehab the shoulders? Sets, reps and frequency?

Any form of lateral raises can be done very frequently because they cause next to no muscle damage (the muscles are never loaded while stretched which greatly diminishes muscle damage).

You can easily do them every other day for sets lasting 40-60 seconds under load. 3 work sets is enough at that frequency.
