and one thing i realize is he works hard to drop his body fat so he can have that lean look but also maintains strength. and so im wonderin how u would go about training a linebacker with 21% bf looking to get in between 9-11% bodyfat. What cardio / weight training regimen you would use for this example. Also i would like to know since miles isnt probably ur thing, how do you train athletes to play for four quarters. thanks a million coach d
