this remembered the 24 hour gym that opened near my home this year.
It’s 24 hour only on weekdays, i guess they are scared people might come drunk to workout in the weekends.

^Done that.
Also went in the basement with buddies to clam bake in the gym sauna that same night.
God damn we were retards, lol. Live and learn, we didn’t do it again after realizing how retarded it was the next morning.[/quote]

I saw a guy do this at the gym in MI right before I left a couple months ago! I was doing back squats, and I saw his legs flailing about in the corner of my eye; my first thought was he was in trouble and needed help, but when I turned to look, he kept pressing. It was all I could do to keep from bursting out laughing.
Thanks…I almost choked on my chicken and woke up all my housemates laughing…
Dying fly press?
Then you obviously haven’t been to my old gym. The reason I left is because the trainers had there clients doing stupid shit like that all.the.time. I couldn’t take it anymore. Too distracting. Plus, I couldn’t compete.

How do you “almost” choke your chicken?

Feelings of guilt and shame creep in.

I didnt get a picture, but today I saw frat boy bench press machine “deadlifts” from about 3 inches above the thigh to lockout. To make matters worse, the 3 of them reeked of cigarette smoke so bad I cut my workout short to get away.
I usually don’t respond to stuff in an immature manner, but THAT was fucking gay as shit!
