It’s an assistance pull up machine. So it took off 145 lbs. But it was too light so next time I’ll do 130

I forget that ur a big fella. Take 145 lbs away and a lot of guys in the gym at this time of year would be flying thru the ceiling

So blew up 10 lbs in two weeks.
