[IMG_1586] This thread is going to be a random mixture of Spuds Mackenzie and squatting 4x a week, and will eventually be my t-ransformation log. After following programs for a long time I’m changing my approach for a while and pretty much just going in and doing whatever I want, which, for right now, is lots of squatting (back, front, occasional leg press) and some kind pressing every workout, assistance work fills in the gaps.
