Decided to start posting on here to have some kind of public accountability. I just started Chad Waterbury's HIAH. I started med school weighing only 160 lbs. at 6'4". I started lifting for a little over a year and got up towards 200 lbs. Then I hurt my knee, took a trip up to Cressey Performance to find out I have terrible ankle mobility that was likely causing the knee pain, and am now working on recovering and using some non-squat leg exercises to keep the legs alive.
I'm on my clinical rotations right now and staying awake for 24 hours at a time makes the thought of lifting after work pretty depressing some days, so this is going to be my motivation.
Current Weight: 185 lbs.
