I have used 2 of your programs ( Hp Mass and Bulgarian Method) and they worked like a charm, so first of all, thank you!
Now, for the new template I was thinking if it can be used as a rotating split:
1) 1 on / 1 off
2) 2 on / 1 off
I understand that in the first option recovery and workout effectiveness is the focus, and in the second frequency is the focus...So both have merit
My questions are:
1) Could it work like that?
2) If you used one, which would you use, and for what purpose?
