The Simple, Foolproof Progression Model

Hello CT,

Do you still recommend the simple fool proof progression model you gave a couple years ago, and if you do, for example; Week 2. 3 x 3 with TW - 20, 3 x 3 with TW, 1 x 4 with TW does this mean there are 7 sets in total for the big movement in one session ? Thanks for your help.
