I think I’d greatly benefit from this, but I’ve a few questions.

Is it done fast or slow? I did it fast.

Where should you feel it?

I’ve a feeling that all the bits that it corrects are in need of correction in my body. So I might not be doing them correctly or getting full benefit. I’m really looking for just more explanations as to how they’re done and if you’ve found they benefit that much.

That is am awesome band though, damn.
