Like many school our school has a weight club for the amount of weights you can lift. I personally think it would consist of the Bench, Squat, and DL. But instead of DL its the power clean. I think it would be the 3 main lifts not PC… Anyone know why?
Power Cleans help improve “explosive” strength. You may not move as much weight in the PC, but you will move it a greater distance, at a higher rate of speed.
