Any HR guys or people with experience here on creating a scannable resume? I’d love any help someone is willing to give. Trying to apply to jobs off USAJOBS.GOV and realized the first 3 I sent out which would be great jobs are probably going to skip over my resume because it was designed for human eyes.
Google “Resumix” Helpful stuff can be found.
Short version:
Use the same words to describe the job to describe your experience.
Simple formatting is good.
Use as few words as effective.
Do not imply anything, state it.
