The Protector

Saw the protector today and just wanted to say it was one of the best movies I have ever seen. The things that Tony Jaa does is amazing. Jumping over cars and kneeing people in the face and stuff like that. I was wondering if anyone knew what type of training he does to be able to do what he does.

He’s like a buck 20.

I’d say he’s on a strict program of eating almost nothing.

Cable and pully systems can really make anyone look cool.

Is this a remake of a Jackie Chan/Danny Aello(sp?) movie from the 80’s?

LOL, I just got out of the theatre… and I only went to see the moves he pulls off; hopefully jet li’s fearless will be better

According to him, no cables are used in his movies, the only ‘help’ he uses are safety harnesses for some dangerous stunts. Also, if you check out the DVD for Ong-Bak, one of the special features is a demonstration he did on stage in NYC. This guy is for real.
