"Fun" workout.


This is great stuff.......
We start at the back of one end-zone and go down the field and back. We alternate reverse squat throws with forward squat throws. One person throws and the other begins their sprint when the ball hits the field and so on......works good for team races as well. If I am solo, I take 30 seconds before I head back.
