Done at a UPA meet in Indianapolis. Plates were in kilos so I’m rounding the numbers.

Height: 5’10"
Bodyweight: 173lbs
Weight Class: 181lbs
Squat: 402lbs
Bench: 248lbs
Deadlift: 418lbs
Total: 1068 lbs

Belt, knee wraps, and wrist wraps were used. Went 7 of 9 missing 280 in the bench press twice. Took first place in the raw 181 open because I’m pretty sure I was the only person in that weight class and division. Going to try and work my weight up and stay in the 181.

30 yo, 5’8", 220
Usually compete geared but decided to take a break and do a raw meet last November.

529
375 (have hit 380 in a different raw meet)

23 years old, about 5’10"

From last my first meet, last December:

BW: 88.7kg (196lb)
160kg (352)
110kg (242)
250kg (551)
for a 520kg (1146lb) total

Didn’t use a belt or wraps, but only because I didn’t own any…

Competition numbers

Weight:100kg (220lbs)
Squat:205kg (450lbs)
Bench:150kg (330lbs)
Deadlift:275kg (605lbs)
Total: 630kg (1386lbs)

Training Numbers

Squat:227.5kg (500lbs)
Bench:162.5kg (357.5lbs)
Deadlift:290kg (638lbs)
Total:680kg (1496lbs)

Height = 5’8"
Weight = Anywhere from 185 to 205 but always competing in the 181’s just a harder weight drop.

Squat = 551 (missed 602)
Bench = 308 (missed 330)
Deadlift = 556 (missed 574)
Total = 1415

All those were 2nd attempts. Hopefully I can get it together and stop making technical mistakes on my third attempts, as quick as those went I should have probably made them openers and made smaller jumps. Looking for 626/350/600 at worlds.

BW - 305
Squat - 550
Bench - 445
Dead - 600
total - 1595
Belt and knee wraps only.
(all comp)

training for a 1800 total next june.

5’9 or 10
198lb class (walk around at 194 or so)
Round 1300 total

You do the most insane weight shenanigans I’ve ever seen. That sucks about your last meet though. Think you could possibly go for a 625 deadlift at worlds? Then you’d be totaling 1600… Numbers are amazing regardless.

23 years old, 5’8", last comp @ 192 lbs:

Squat-479.5
Bench-348.5
Deadlift-661.2

Total-1489.2

Belt only.

Hmm, I didn’t realise you were a woman. I’ll have to re-figure the average to control for gender differences.

I don’t think I’ll have 625 on deadlift. Not yet. My goal eventually is to get an elite equipped total and do it raw which is something like 1692. Right now just training but most likely I’ll be searching for a new federation for next year since I’m just not going to hang with people on the world level in a non-drug tested federation while being drug free.

So if anyone knows of a federation that meets these qualifications feel free to let me know!

Drug-Free
Uses monolifts
Allows wraps
Has meets in the Southeast

The monolift/wraps thing is more of a safety thing and I just believe it’s safer. This isn’t my livlyhood so I’ll compete in a manner that I believe will not leave me injured. Having a hard time find drug tested federations that use monolifts. The wraps I’m willing to compete without just prefer them.

Okay, here are the evenly weighted men’s mean averages:

Height: 5’9.75"
Weight: 209
Squat: 454.6
Bench: 320.3
Deadlift: 509.2
Total:1284

Total/BW ratio: 6.14
Wilks: 363

The women’s averages are obvious right now.

I can help bring down the women’s average!
