The Offical Raw Total Thread

I would like to know what the average TNation powerlifter totals. It can be a thread thst motivates people to push harder and encourage people on their progress.

Running smolov base to try and get near 400 squat and about to start Coan bench with 275 end aim.

so having said that above in jest, here’s my non qualifying gym lifts that were done on separate days but were done close together 2 months ago -(I have had shoulder surgery 3 weeks ago). I normally wouldn’t post this but I see you are in TN and there may be a remote chance we could train together ;). I’ll use the same format as you did.

Here’s my gym numbers done on separate days like StrengthDawg (fyi I’m a geared competitor buy mostly train raw so I don’t have raw meet numbers)

Pushing for 1300 by the end of the year.

Competition numbers:
220/162.5/250 = 632.5kg at 90kg
Training:
227.5/175/252.5=655kg at ~93kg
