Banning Muslims is doable, the right people have to be in place to do it.
Bernie Sanders Doesn’t Know Diddly-Squat About Wall Street
But if he did, he might like it.

How? Have you ever seen religion on a passport?
You impose a ban on people from certain countries, in this case it would be Syria. You also impose very strict background checks on those from countries considered suspect. Try flying on ELAL Airlines, they grill you if you there is anything even remotely suspicious. The Israelis are lightyears ahead of us in profiling, and yes we should profile. Profile the fuck out of people.
Did you see the add for Biotest at the bottom of the page? I’ve never seen them advertise in other publications. Didn’t know they did that.
I liked Georges malapropisms, but Jebs confabulations aren’t nearly as endearing.
And what about Muslim’s traveling from countries that aren’t suspect?
It has nothing to do with my feelings regarding Trump. I like to know at least a general idea of how someone aspiring to the Presidency will actually do the things they say they will do.
We can shut off travel from certain countries sure. We can also impose strict background checks (which I’ve read won’t work because there isn’t a database to check against or to use for screening). These two things are fine.
The real issue is how do you keep Muslim’s from India or even the UK out of the United States?
As far as Trump’s intent goes in regards to banning Muslim’s, you’re free to interpret that however you wish, but much like his internet comment, I don’t see it that way.
We have to try to do the very best we can at weeding out those wanting to commit evil, and we won’t find everyone wanting to commit terror. But when we have such incompetence like Russia giving specific warning to the US about the Tsarnaev brother that went unnoticed, and the San Bernardino wife simply checking the box that she is not a terrorist on her Visa application, things must get more stringent.
The US is not obligated to accommodate those wanting to come here, national security should be the top priority.
I would also add that I am sick and tired of this President preaching tolerance for Islam and gun control, when neither contributed to these types of Jihadi attacks. If anything, it was intolerance BY Muslim extremists that did this, but unfortunately the President’s sensitivity to Islam clouds his own judgment.
Ya, I don’t disagree.
Vanity Fair actually wrote a good piece regarding Sanders lack of understanding regarding Wall Street.
But if he did, he might like it.
Thoughts on the Fiorina being kept off the stage? I think it’s BS for the simple fact that she won a delegate while Christie did not.
It won’t matter, they are both done after Tuesday night.
What do you expect he was a Muslim for at least 20+ years. (And still might be for all I know).
Bill Maher said it best last night when he roasted Hillary…
Maher said, “Hillary, I love her, but she’s not good at this. She’s not good at [campaigning]. I mean, in 2008, she lost to a black man with a Muslim name. Now she’s losing to a 74-year-old Jewish Socialist. I mean, Hillary, we’re making this as easy as we can for you. But, you’re going to have to help a little. Now, Hillary’s camp says that’s unfair because Bernie has an advantage, people actually like him.
HBO's "Real Time" host Bill Maher mocked Democratic presidential candidate former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton by stating "she's not good at this" |
I only watched the first hour or so. It was definitely a rough night for Rubio. I don’t think Trump attacking the crowd does him any good, but I could be wrong.
I think Morris sold the Governor’s performances (all three, but especially Jeb and Christie) short.
Carson was largely ignored, again.
I agree with West’s assessment.
