i was just wondering, does anyone have a good neck regimen, like how many times a week, n sets, n reps…i’m trying 2 get my neck 2 look like CLINTON PORTIS…any suggestions???
neck is simply extensions of traps isn’t it? won’t working your traps help to accomplish a wider neck?
Try Swiss ball neck extensions. 3 sets of 10-15 reps. Hold it for a bit at the top. I really suck at these.
