The More Amino Acids the Better?

Hey guys,

So every morning when I wake up I make a protein shake using whey. Now it has plenty of BCAAs in it, probably a recommended serving for the day. Do you think it would be excessive or even ill advised to take another serving of BCAAs right before/during my workout in addition to the morning protein shake?


Yep go for it, take mid/intra workout is the sweet spot
