Notes: Fuckin squats. Nothing felt really heavy today, but my form was off, so that makes me pissed. But whateva. I think it’s because I had my feet too wide, because for the pause squats I had them closer, and it felt infinitely better. That also could have been because it was baby weight, but who knows. Will try next week.

Notes: very dissapointing workout today. 210 felt heavy, and I had to kind of grind through it. WTF? Only managed 6 reps on the back off set, when I’ve done 205x5 in the past. Really fucking ticked.
Notes: Squats felt good, although not quite as tight as last week. Still miles better than the weeks previous though. I’m very confident of the 275x3 next week.
Notes: The bench routine didn’t really help me, since everything started feeling heavy( and I KNOW I didn’t program too high, since I could have hit 225 easily). So now, I’ll probably set my sights on making 185 my 15RM, because I feel like doing reps for now.
Doing PC’s squat cycle again for the next seven weeks. For bench I’ll be doing something different, based on some stuff I did in the past that gave me good results. Anyway, here’s what the squat cycle will look like:
Notes: Wow, I feel weak. Squats once again felt off, but that’s probably due to the deload. I was very tired after the conditioning as well-more tired than I’ve been in a long time. Odd.
Notes: Happy about the bench PR. However, someone in the gym pointed out to my that my bench is pretty uneven: my left side drops more than my right side. I recorded a few sets, and am appalled at my bench form. Gotta work on that. Rest of the day was kind of meh due to that being on my mind.
