Notes: Fuckin squats. Nothing felt really heavy today, but my form was off, so that makes me pissed. But whateva. Doing PC’s squat cycle again for the next seven weeks. For bench I’ll be doing something different, based on some stuff I did in the past that gave me good results. Anyway, here’s what the squat cycle will look like:
