I’ve been on the forums here for a couple of years now and following a prolonged diagnosis & subsequent recovery from spinal surgery (Anterior Cervical Discectomy & Fusion) my strength, fitness and regular diet are a shocking state of affairs.
I’ve only just recently been able to get back in the gym and start to rebuild so this log is as much a thought tracker as it is a number tracker as I’m not quite sure how quickly I’ll be able to move up through the weights back to my previous highs.
Age - 32
Weight - 210lbs
