The new Layer system opens a whole new year of training. This is the answer for size and strength. The HP Mass program I was using for some time was longer in duration, and probably better for performance / conditioning. Along with its sled work, it did just what it said it did…improved my strength, added some mass and improved my over all explosive performance. Using the new Layer system is going to be a good welcomed change I must say. I was smiling with approval during my first slight decline bench layer workout from pins. Merci Thibs.
