When I threw my hat in the ring for the Raw 405 Bench, I didn’t think nothing of it. 405 before always felt like 10,000Lbs because I didn’t know how to train. However, with the the great advise from some the guys on the site and 160Lb tension bands, I am highly motivated. I want to start a thread for the race for 1500LBS.
I realize it varies from weight class to weight class. But if 1500 is too much post what you have that is relative to your weight class; It’s still motivating in my opinion. Please, post a video of your accomplishments on your way up to 1500; I find it’s motivating to see others get the weight that I want so i work harder so I can post my accomplishment.
For example, if you hit 400 on bench, 500 on DL and 500 on squat, post it. It can be 3 separate videos for all I care, just post it so we can see and stay focus and motivated.
Side note, I know there’s some out there already busting 1500LB, so your encouragement, advise is always welcome because you been there and done that!
