what up T-Nation, been a lurker on this site for a while and decided to start a log too hopefully help me stick with a program. I just finished my college athletic career so this year is the first that i will have no guidance from coaches with lifting. I’ve decided to do the 20 week beyond 531 program to begin with and see how it goes, i did 5 cycles of 531 over the summer and liked it a lot. I plan on following it to the letter so it should be interesting. here goes.
