The Good Stuff About Training

Again, I like the layout to the new site a lot. Some great threads going here and good civil conversations going on.

I apologise for not remembering the poster and or posters names in the thread regarding breakdowns. There was talk about how being more concerned about various health markers and just feeling good vs. continuous visible physical changes. The feeling of well being I get from a strength training workout and when I am being somewhat consistent, is huge to me.

Boy if I counted on continuing to see visible physical changes through out my many years of training I would be sorely disappointed! There’s very few things I ever do that bring me the good feeling I get when working out , bigger or stronger muscles or not.
