The Goal for the Perfect 1st Cycle? (Very Detailed) Tes+EPI

First off, thanks to all for reading, reviewing, and/or responding to my first cycle log. My goal is to maximize lean muscle gaining potential(minimal fat) with the dedicated hard work and intensity on every lift, alongside a VERY STRICT diet, with AAS used for a little assistance. My first cycle info below is accumulative of 5 years of reading and studying across many boards and patience to make sure I could get my take off as smooth as I possibly could. OVERTHINKING has taken place for added security measures. Enjoy the ride with me!

[B]My Weightlifting Experience: [/B]
I started league football, basketball, and wrestling at a very young age and was put under a lot of pressure from coaches/friends to kick start my weightlifting career at age 12. With all focus on football, at 15 I was a freshman All-American ranking #89 in the nation (#12 out of offensive lineman). My junior year, I committed to a D1 program in the Big East. I left for college in the middle of my HS senior year and started at Left Tackle in 11 of 14 games, as a freshman. At the time, I was blessed to thoroughly work with one of greatest weight training coach I’ve met, who currently works with the Chicago bears’ training staff. Overall, I have been weightlifting for 13 years, but legitimately for 8.

[B]My Cycle Experience:[/B]
I have ran Epistane a couple years after I was done with football. Other “cycles” include. Ostarine, T3 (cytomel), Caradine (solo/stack) with PCT always being Nolvadex/Clomid. I know how each of these affect my body and how to properly dose and run them. NEVER HAVE RAN AN INJECTABLE.

  • When first drawing, leave small air space will be between the oil and Syringe top
  • The filled syringe will be left standing up for 30-45 mins to settle and release small air bubbles
  • After settling Syringe (w/ drawing needle) will heated in a heating pad for 5 mins
  • Needle will change to 25g 1.5’ right before pinning
  • Pining will be slow ~5 mins per ML”
  • After pinning a HOT HOT shower will be taken
  • 35 Full body squats will be performed after shower.

Before reading below, please note that 95% of the supplements listed that I will be taking will be of no cost (courtesy of my college friends and team fans). I am 100% aware that nutrition and macro nutrients should be derived from foods as much as possible. I am not promoting to follow this supplements regimen specifically. However, with studying and reveiwing mutiple lab test results of how each supplement solo and stacked, I feel this supplement stack will even aid me further in my goals. Moreso, I have used every supplement solo/stack listed below (except Nizoral & Metamucil) and have recorded reactions/dosages that works for my own body/bodytype. Extensive research has went into getting this part of my regimen right. Damn, very detailed post but how much does all of this cost you? Not sure all of this is needed.

This was beyond painful to read. Your going to sleep like 5 hours every. Night on cycle? Your calories look non existant at a glance (dont shoot me if my maths off, its 5am)

Your supps are stupid. Why are you taking celerey seed? You plan on pissing out all of the water and blood pressure you dont have from lack of calories lack of salt lack of carbs lack of estrogen with your arimidex?

Why is your joint supplements 10 separate supplements? Have you molested your cartilage already? I’m 27 have used test, eq, anadrol couple of sarms, mk677. Squat and lift heavy. Do I have any joint issues? Absolutely not, tendonitis is the bitch that will never leave you alone.

The only supplement you really need is fish oil. Every time I see something like this and it says blood are coming, I know they’re not coming. It’s been like half a year now?

Dude pip is not that bad unless you need a new vendor for your shit. Your going to do body weight squats in a hot shower? Really?

Listen I get the enthusiasm, somebody probably does something like this usually over anxiety at sticking a needle into themselves.

Let me tell you something, the more you do this the more you’ll be on HRT for life. I started at 26. I’m okay with that. Doesn’t bother me, you need to be okay with that possibility. It could happen after your very first cycle.

Dont know if your adding extra exercises in there because hey I’m on gear, but listen you CAN overtraining on gear. The best thing to do, in my opinion. Is do do exactly what you were doing before gear, with extra sets less break in between. Or same sets and just smash plateaus to new weights.

Also even for hypertrophy purposes, I’m a fan of 3 exercises get it done in 30 minutes. Your trying to keep your cortisol low. Some people will disagree but doing 57 exercises on chest day or on bis and tris day is beyond stupid. Probably means your first 3 exercises weren’t heavy and hard enough to do anything.

Keep it simple dude. You can track your strength progress better. If you have a main exercise for each day. Like legs obviously squat ( all though you could squat 3 times a week if your knees are good), chest will be bench. Incorporate flys high medium and low Angles for assistance.

Some people might hate me for this, but If your not training for strength or power lifting numbers, and just want size or a good rounded workout. Dont count your reps. Go by feel. You know what a pump feels like, you know what a quality lactic acid burn is. Find a weight that’s stimulating enough that you know you can do more than 5 on. Do it real slow and controlled. Focusing mentally on that activation and that burn. Maybe I shoot for 3 sets of 10 or 5x5. But if I only do 6 reps that’s absolutely fine. Sometimes you’ll see a skinny guy awkwardly try to curl more than a bigger guy. Maybe he can do it, but the bigger guy is getting more done with less weight. Because he knows exactly what the feeling is hes going for, and knows how to get it.

Doing a real dropset, just one, on cable rows from 180 all the way down to 5 is going to give you more hyper trophy than trying hit 17 different row variations for 3 sets of 10.

Dont really know what else to say man. Being smart is important. But you also have to realize the marketing and actual real objective research on most workout supps is bullshit.

That epistane you have from 2014. I dont know about that compound specifically. But most hormones ( yes that includes pro hormones or SARMs or anything that was legal at one point) will breakdown over time.

And unless you stored it in a container with 0 moisture in a deep freezer with 0 light. And havent opened, I wouldn’t even take the stuff man. Some drugs actually degrade into very toxic stuff over time. Some break down Into harmless stuff. And some actually break down into different drugs, before breaking down into one of the first two categories.

Just looked at it again. Maybe your calories are good, at a glance that shit didn’t add up to 3000+ still waking up though. Why are you using what looks like scoops of carb powder instead of eating a sweet potato or something. Are you able to stick to this while your working or whatever your doing?

People who’s jobs allow them to eat 5-7 meals a day exactly when they need to have something special going on. I have never worked one of these jobs in my life before.

Unless your bodybuilding I wouldn’t be this rigid and predetermined in everything. People get insanely OCD about this, and I disagree with it every time unless your competing in any kind of way. The rest of your life is actually important too. You might not think it is, but you’ll figure it out someday.

Also the only thing nessescary in the save the hair routine is a DHT blocker. DHT happens to be more androgenic then testosterone. Point is. I really wouldn’t worry about it. If you genetically have hairless. Then it will happen. Hormones will speed it up. You cant have hormones and slow it down. Doesnt work that way.
