Now, My question is how do i keep eating well, as well as working from 8:30-7 almost everyday, while lifting at night when i get home… Is this wrong or is there a way i can eat around and still have enough energy when i get home and lift.
Now in the Meal Plan- they request a Whey- Quick fix protien shake. Who makes a good shake i can buy… I have a GNC around i was thinkig that would be my best bet. But what do i choose from? I am just starting to lift, and wanna gain some mass. So anything would be greatful thanks… derek
