I noticed there was some old threads for High School & College footballers and their training - lets get this going again!
No matter what level you are, how old, how long you’ve been playing - it would be great to see what players are doing to support their game!
DB here from the UK, currently doing a 4 day upper/lower split.
Lower 1 - Mobility & Power (depends on how sore from Sunday)
Upper 1 - Strength
Lower 2 - Power & unilateral strength
Upper 2 - Hypertrophy
Goals: fast & powerful, reduce injury risk, look good in kit
