The Fastest Damn Way for Natties to get Jacked

Recently you posted a program on your personal website called “The Fastest Way to Get Jacked,” (https://thibarmy.com/fastest-way-get-jacked/) which seems to fly in the face of a lot of what you’ve been preaching about volume for natties. Compared to Best Damn, which has 9 sets per muscle per week, fastest way has around 53.
Is there something wrong with best damn or is the new program meant for enhanced lifters? Or is the increased volume due to the fact fastest way is a short-term program?

There is a big difference between a training system that can be used over the long run and short blitzes that can be used for a brief period to spark new progress but then require a break to allow your body to recover.
