Forgive me if this has already been posted, but I found it to be a very interesting, if somewhat biased, read.
The article speaks about the decline of men in the modern economy and how the lack of college enrollment by men will exaggerate this in the upcoming years.

Mostly this is bad news for uneducated men. And who can say if her predictions will pan out, but no doubt the workforce is swinging more and more towards women in a lot of ways.
Fortunately, I’ve never had a problem realting to women, and I’ve had my share of female bosses - not a problem for me, but I could see it being a big problem for overly-macho types…
