I have noticed that when most people post their lifts their deadlift is higher than their squat. I posted because my squat is over 100 pounds pounds more than my deadlift. My squat is 450 and my dead is 325.
I just recently read CT's article on deadlifting and have noticed that my arms are short compared to the rest of my body. I was just wondering if anyone has any tips for me on improving my deadlift?
