For a few years now Ive been trying to master my day before game day rituals.
Just a bit of background for those that dont know: Im a semi pro soccer player.
I was wondering what is the best thing to do before game day. Obvioulsy no intense
training, but I was wondering if there was any particular intensity/type of training I should do the day before to make me feel ready to rumble on the next day?? Or should I just completely rest?
At the moment I do a very brief skill session with the ball that involves dribbling with the ball, juggling, practicing some moves and then some streches.
