The Danish Way - New on T-Nation

Finally made up my mind.

I’m going to try Staleys EDT-protocol again. I tried it a few years back when I trained solely with sandbags. Man, I remember almost puking at the end of very session! Very nice.

This time I’m doing an A/B-split with 2 x 10-15 min PR Zones and 4 exercises.
