Good news is I finally fixed my frig and got my peeps plants secure for the cold front.

We’re getting smashed with snow on your western border, and I’m loving it. How are y’all doing?

Good. Just cold and drizzly here. Sunday it was 90, today it’s 36. I think Friday morning will be the cold one after the clouds break off. One of my ladies has a huge fall tomatoe crop that I will have to go cover to try and save them because this won’t last and they still may ripen.

At least you’re getting some precipitation! We gonna half a foot of snow and nighttime temps in the upper teens to lower 20s, which is record-breaking in October here.

Good luck covering the maters! I’m guessing it’ll warm up enough for at least some to still ripen.

I haven’t seen cold weather in almost 2 years and can’t wait for it to get cold here. 3x3/215 on the trap bar is very adequate. What do you have to do to get a double bodyweight, 260?

I was wanting cooler weather just not quite that cold that fast. Thanks! Yep, 260 would be double bodyweight. I have 1 more week of this program and we will see.

Back to “regular” training? Jump right into a max-test?

I will test maxes to see if I am on the right track and go from there. I have looked a few programs but can’t decide what I want to do. No surprise there. I should probably pick one that may accidentally burn a little of my pudge off :rofl:

Absolute anxiety attack, turned into complete mental wasteland yesterday that ened with 4 hours sleep. Finally!
Our little mini dachshund couldn’t walk yesterday. He is still at the hospital but the receptionist said he is better!
